Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Real EstateLocation: Ranchi, Jharkhand (Frequent Travel to Ramgarh, Hazaribagh, and Nearby Areas)Company OverviewNilaya Eco Homes LLP is a forward-thinking real estate development company dedicated to creating expansive, well-being–focused living spaces. Our flagship project, Prana by Nilaya, located near BIT Mesra, Ranchi, redefines modern living with spacious 2 & 3 BHK homes, 73% open green area, and serene, traffic-free surroundings. We are seeking energetic and proactive Field Sales Executives to promote our project and expand our presence across Jharkhand. Key Responsibilities1. On-Ground Promotion & Outreach Conduct field promotions for Prana by Nilaya across Ranchi, Ramgarh, Hazaribagh, and nearby towns. Distribute brochures, set up standees, and represent the company at key public locations, events, and gatherings. Engage with potential customers, explain project highlights, and collect inquiry details. Develop relationships with local institutions, residential communities, and small business owners to increase visibility. 2. Lead Generation & Coordination Identify and visit new potential areas and societies to generate leads. Share daily reports and lead data with the central sales team. Coordinate with the in-house CRM team for scheduling and supporting site visits. Ensure timely follow-ups to convert inquiries into project visits. 3. Market Awareness & Brand Representation Understand and communicate Nilaya’s values, offerings, and unique features effectively. Gather and share feedback on local buyer preferences and competitor projects. Maintain a professional and approachable brand image in all field interactions. Eligibility & RequirementsEducation: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred. Experience: 1–3 years in field sales, real estate, insurance, or consumer marketing. Communication: Confident verbal communication in Hindi; English proficiency is a plus. Mobility: Own two-wheeler and valid driving license are compulsory. Skills: Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently on-field. Tools: Basic knowledge of mobile reporting, WhatsApp, and Google Maps. Work Schedule6 Days a Week (One rotational weekly off in coordination with team schedule). Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM Base: Ranchi, with regular travel to Ramgarh, Hazaribagh, and other nearby districts. Growth OpportunitiesHigh-performing executives can progress to Senior Field Executive, Area Sales Manager, or Channel Development roles within the Nilaya sales structure. Regular training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
