We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers to join our dynamic sales and marketing team at our site office near BIT Mesra. Role & ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls to prospective homebuyers. Generate leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and tele-campaigns. Explain project features, amenities, pricing, and location benefits clearly to prospects. Maintain lead records in CRM with accuracy (Zoho CRM experience is a plus). Schedule and confirm site visits with potential customers. Support the sales team in achieving monthly lead conversion targets.
