Role & Responsibilities Visit customer locations daily to explain, promote, and sell solar rooftop systems under the PM Surya Ghar Subsidy Scheme. Follow up on company-provided daily leads and convert them into successful sales. Educate customers about system benefits, subsidy eligibility, installation process, and financing options. Conduct basic site assessments and coordinate with the technical team when needed. Maintain accurate records of visits, calls, and sales closures. Achieve monthly sales targets and represent the brand professionally in the field. Preferred Candidate Profile 1+ years of experience in field sales (Solar, FMCG, B2C sales preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable interacting with residential customers. Bike is mandatory for field visits (fuel expenses provided). Familiarity with solar products, rooftop installations, or subsidy schemes is an added advantage. Attractive high commission rates among the best in the solar industry.
