Job Description

Key Responsibilities Lead Generation and Sales: Identify, prospect, and qualify leads for CCTV and home automation systems through cold calling, networking, and site visits.  Client Presentations & Demonstrations: Showcase product features and benefits through compelling presentations and hands-on product demonstrations for potential clients.  Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare and deliver detailed sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure the timely closing of deals.  Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.  Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in the CCTV and home automation markets.  Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth.  Collaboration: Work closely with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth system deployment and provide ongoing support.  Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, and provide regular performance reports to management.  Qualifications & Skills Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in security systems, smart home technology, or electronic security solutions.  Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.  Technical Understanding: A strong foundational knowledge of CCTV hardware and software, as well as home automation principles.  Driving & Travel: A valid driver's license and ownership of a vehicle for travel to client sites are often required.  Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and explain technical aspects of the products being sold.  Customer Focus: A self-motivated, results-driven approach with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.  Software Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is beneficial.
