Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive for CCTV Surveillance, Security Systems & Networking services. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, ability to convince customers, and talent to convert the leads into business.

He should be reaching out to potential customers to promote our security system, networking services provided by the company. He will be helping the company to achieve its monthly business targets.

Candidate must have a two-wheeler and valid license.

Responsibilities:

· Meet with customers face to face or over the phone.

· Foster and develop relationships with customers.

· Understand the needs of customers and be able to respond effectively.

· Support in preparing quotes and proposals for customers.

· Negotiate pricing with customers in some cases.

· Generate leads through various channels.

· Responsible to achieve Business targets.

· Analyze competitors and develop a business plan to increase business and revenue.

· Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

Education & Experience:

· Qualification - Any Degree or Diploma

· Experience - 1 to 2 years (Freshers who have self-confidence can also apply)

· Salary - 15000 to 20000 based on experience + Target-based incentives
