Job Description: This role requires extensive travelling. Please apply only if you are willing to travel 75% (Approximate) of the time. We are specifically looking for candidates who are based in or around Ernakulam, Thrissur, or Kottayam districts. We are seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with new clients, as well as managing and strengthening existing client relationships. They will also be responsible for sales planning, sales MIS reporting, follow-up for payments, and participation in branding activities About Company : Den Healthcare is a leading company in providing consumable products (Gloves, Masks, Wet Wipes, Bouffant Caps..etc) in the Medical industry. Already doing business with 140+ hospitals in Kerala. Responsibilities: Driving the Sales: Create and maintain relationships with new clients, including hospitals and wholesalers, to increase sales and revenue. Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. Plan sales strategies and sales targets for the upcoming months, in collaboration with the partners. Contribute towards Branding and Marketing of the company: Act as the face of the company, attending trade shows, events, and meetings to promote our products and build brand awareness. Participate in branding activities, such as the creation of marketing materials and digital content, and assist in the development of branding strategies. Payment Follow-ups: Follow up with clients for payment, resolve any payment-related issues, and ensure timely payment. Data Management and Reporting: Prepare daily MIS reports summarizing call activities, lead status, and payment collection updates. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Team Coordination: Coordinate with the accounting team for payment reconciliation and invoice-related queries. Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries Requirements: Bachelors’ degree in any field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and sales skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of MS Office and CRM software. Willingness to travel as needed. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with different departments. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Probation Period: The selected candidate will undergo a probationary period of 2 months, during which their performance will be evaluated based on key performance indicators and job responsibilities outlined in the job description. Permanent roles will be offered based on the assessment completed after the probation duration. However, exceptional performance may lead to an early conversion after 1 month, subject to a thorough assessment and review by the management team. This probation period is designed to assess the candidate's suitability for the Operations Executive role and provide both parties with an opportunity to determine long-term alignment and success within the company. Salary Details: Salary during probation for Freshers: INR 15,000.00 per month. Salary After conversion to permanent Role: ₹15,000.00 Per Month + variable up to ₹10,000.00* per Month * Variable Component is purely performance-based and linked to the sales figure.
