Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Field Sales Executive with a background in Civil Engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales on project sites, engaging potential clients, and ensuring smooth coordination between the technical and sales teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Client Engagement: Identify and approach potential customers, builders, and contractors. Conduct site visits, explain project features, and convert inquiries into sales. Technical Consultation: Utilize civil engineering knowledge to explain construction specifications, materials, and technical aspects of projects. Provide accurate information about project layouts, designs, and structural features. Sales & Negotiation: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets. Negotiate terms and close deals while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction. Site Coordination: Coordinate between clients, site engineers, and the management team for smooth project execution. Report site progress and customer feedback to the sales manager regularly. Market Research: Stay updated with competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies. Suggest improvements and strategies for better customer outreach. Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients through follow-ups and after-sales service. Ensure a seamless handover and customer satisfaction post-booking. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory). 0–3 years of experience in real estate, construction sales, or site-based marketing roles. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and explain technical drawings and project details.
