Job Title: Field Sales Executive Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The role involves generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through on-ground visits, presentations, and negotiations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to work independently in the field. Key Responsibilities • Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, networking, and referrals. • Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers. • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Negotiate contracts, close sales, and handle objections effectively. • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM/reporting systems. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth onboarding. • Represent the company in a professional manner during field visits, trade shows, and client meetings. Requirements • Proven experience in sales, preferably in field sales, B2B, or direct sales. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. • Valid driver’s license (if required).
