Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Executives to join our LED Lighting division. The role involves driving sales, managing key customer relationships, supporting marketing activities, and contributing to product development efforts within the LED lighting portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

• Generate and convert leads for LED lighting products across residential infra, commercial, and industrial segments.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and expand channel partner network.
• Identify new business opportunities and customer segments.

Marketing Support

• Assist in executing marketing campaigns, product promotions or trade shows
• Support development of marketing collaterals and product catalogues.

Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, contractors, and end customers.
• Handle client queries and provide technical/product guidance.

Product Coordination

• Coordinate with the product and technical teams for product specifications, pricing, and customization needs.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings in the LED space.

MIS & Reporting

• Maintain sales data, prepare regular performance reports, and provide market feedback to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Commerce; MBA/PGDM preferred.
• 4–5 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in LED lighting, electricals, or consumer durables.
• Good understanding of LED lighting products and applications.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
