Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and driven Relationship Manager – to join our team. The role involves building strong relationships and onboarding new distributors, and actively generating leads to expand our distribution network. The candidate will play a pivotal role in business development and ensure consistent growth in distributor partnerships. Key Responsibilities New Distributor Acquisition o Actively identify, source, and generate leads for potential mutual fund distributors. o Convert prospective leads into active distributors by presenting our value proposition, support system, and business opportunities. o Meet monthly and quarterly targets for distributor onboarding. Relationship Management o Maintain and nurture relationships with existing distributors to ensure continued business engagement. o Act as the primary point of contact for distributor support, training, and query resolution. o Conduct regular meetings, calls, and presentations to strengthen engagement. Business Growth o Drive business through distributors by motivating them with campaigns, business tools, and regular updates. o Track distributor performance and provide guidance for improved sales and client acquisition. Key Skills & Competencies Strong networking and relationship-building ability. Proven track record in sales / business development (preferably in mutual funds, financial products, or BFSI sector). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work under targets and deliver consistent results.
