Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our corporate gifting division. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through on-ground sales efforts. If you have excellent communication skills, a knack for relationship-building, and a passion for sales, this role is perfect for you. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential clients in corporate sectors for promotional & corporate gifting solutions. Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers (HR, Admin, Marketing, and Procurement departments). Understand client requirements, present customized product solutions, and close sales. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve profitable business. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as defined by management. Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, product customization, and timely delivery. Keep track of market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to suggest business growth strategies. Prepare regular sales reports and update CRM records. Requirements: Proven experience in field sales / B2B sales / corporate sales, preferably in the corporate gifting, promotional products, FMCG, NGO, Media, Advertising, Education, Banking sector. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong networking abilities with a client-centric approach. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively. Ability to work independently and in a team. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic digital communication. Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
