Job Description

As a Sales Executive at Amar Plastics, your role will involve expanding the company's market presence in India by generating new business, fostering customer relationships, and advocating advanced filtration solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Generate sales leads through field visits, cold calls, exhibitions, and referrals. - Meet with industrial customers, consultants, and EPC companies to deliver product presentations. - Understand customer filtration requirements and recommend appropriate Filter Press solutions. - Prepare and submit quotations, technical offers, and diligently follow up for order closure. - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the management. - Coordinate effectively with design, production, and service teams to ensure smooth order execution. - Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat orders and referrals. - Provide daily visit and sales reports through CRM, ERP, or Google Form. - Study competitors and offer regular market feedback to support strategic decisions. Soft Skills: - Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Exhibit a strong ability to handle customers and build lasting relationships. - Apply an analytical mindset with a focus on solution selling. - Stay self-motivated and driven towards achieving targets. - Be willing to travel 15-20 days per month. Qualifications: Education: - B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering, OR - MBA in Marketing / International Business (preferred combination: B.E. + MBA). Experience: - 2 to 6 years in industrial or capital equipment sales (experience in Filter Press, Pumps, Valves, Machinery, or Filtration Systems preferred). Technical Skills: - Possess an understanding of industrial process flow and mechanical equipment. - Proficient in MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, etc. Please Note: Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): - Order booking achievement (% of monthly target). - Number of customer visits per month. - Inquiry to order conversion ratio. - Compliance with reporting and CRM updates. - Customer feedback and retention rate.,
