Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai for a Field Sales Engineer. The Field Sales Engineer will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, and conducting technical presentations to showcase product capabilities. Additional responsibilities include visiting client sites to gather requirements, providing technical consultation, developing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction by overseeing project implementations and resolution of any issues.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales and Business Development, including experience in client relationship management and identifying new business opportunities
• Technical aptitude in engineering concepts, with the ability to conduct presentations and consult on technical products and solutions
• Experience in scaffolding, formwork, or construction industry is an added advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach
• Ability to work independently in a field-based, on-site role and manage multiple projects effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is advantageous
