Role Description

This is a full-time role located in Mumbai for Technical Sales Engineers. The role involves identifying client needs, providing technical support, and offering tailored scaffolding and formwork solutions. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, conducting technical presentations, preparing sales proposals, and overseeing the implementation of solutions. The position requires close collaboration with clients to support their construction projects and ensure effective use of SB Scaffolding products and services.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering to deliver innovative and customized solutions from the construction industry.
• Strong skills in Technical Support with the ability to address and resolve client-specific technical challenges.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Experience with Sales to identify opportunities, present solutions, and close deals effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of scaffolding, shuttering, and formwork systems is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
