Job Description

As a Sales Engineer at our company, your primary responsibilities will include: - Utilizing your technical expertise to comprehensively understand our products and services, and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers. - Demonstrating problem-solving skills by addressing customer needs and concerns, providing solutions to technical challenges. - Leveraging your excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with customers, present information effectively, and support sales activities. - Collaborating with sales teams to develop sales strategies, create presentations, and facilitate deal closures. - Building and maintaining strong customer relationships by understanding their requirements and ensuring long-term satisfaction. - Keeping abreast of the latest product knowledge, including technical specifications, to provide accurate information to customers. - Showcasing your presentation skills by delivering engaging and informative presentations to both potential and existing customers. - Offering technical support to customers throughout the sales process and post-sales, ensuring a seamless experience. - Working collaboratively with sales teams, engineers, and internal stakeholders to achieve common goals. In addition to the key responsibilities, you are required to have: - Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Engineer - Willingness to work in person at the designated work location in Surat - Familiarity with the role of a Sales Engineer - Clarity on your salary expectations The company offers benefits such as health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund. The work schedule is during day shift from Monday to Friday, with morning shifts. Performance bonuses and yearly bonuses are also provided.
