Job Description

Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories or market segments. Manage and grow existing customer accounts by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions. Conduct client site visits, product demonstrations, and technical consultations. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in alignment with company guidelines. Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations, customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline updates, and customer interactions in CRM systems. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities. Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Participate in trade shows, industry events, and training sessions as required.
