Role : Inside Sales Specialist

SIMTEK, an authorized reseller of SOLIDWORKS and 3DEXPERIENCE solutions is looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team in Chennai. If you have a passion for sales, technology, and customer engagement, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential customers through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to generate leads and convert them into sales.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable SOLIDWORKS products, training, and services.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Assist in the implementation and customization of SolidWorks software to meet customer needs.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and troubleshooting manuals.
  • Stay updated on the latest SolidWorks features, enhancements, and best practices.

Qualification:

  • Any Degree
  • 6 months to 1 year of Inside Sales experience, preferably in technology, education, or drone-related industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective communication skills to conduct training sessions or workshops
  • Ability to understand and explain technical products and training courses.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
  • Strong presentation skills.
