Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Engineer located in Pune. The Field Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying customer requirements, providing tailored automation solutions, and managing the sales process from lead generation to deal closure. They will maintain strong relationships with clients, provide technical expertise about products, assist with installations, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, collaboration with the technical and engineering teams will be essential to support project implementations.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales Engineering and Sales, with the ability to explain technical solutions to clients and drive business opportunities.
• Expertise in Sales Management and Account Management, including building and sustaining customer relationships to meet revenue targets.
• A solid foundation in Electrical Engineering, with knowledge of automation systems and technical specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant experience in industrial automation or related domains is highly advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical or a related discipline.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel as required for customer visits and project deployments.
