Field Sales Engineer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for finding potential customers in the desired market and acquiring new clients to establish a leading position in the construction hardware industry. Your primary focus will be on engaging with architects, builders, developers, project management consultants (PMC), contractors, and consultants to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct research to identify and reach out to target clients such as architects, builders, developers, PMC, contractors, and consultants through cold calls and internet searches. - Arrange meetings with purchase managers, technical design heads, directors, etc., to gather information on ongoing projects and deliver presentations to showcase our products and services. - Analyze the business potential in projects related to glass, aluminum, UPVC, steel, and wood. - Provide necessary technical support and quotations to clients, negotiate prices, secure orders, and coordinate with headquarters and warehouses for order processing. - Prepare quotations, collaborate with designers to create designs that meet customer requirements, and coordinate with overseas staff for order processing. Qualification Required: - B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil Engineering Additional Company Details: The company offers sales incentives and covers transportation expenses (both excluded from the package). The work location for this role is in Chandigarh, and candidates preferably should be based in Chandigarh. Immediate joining is required for this full-time position.
