Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Field Risk Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with small finance banks or NBFCs.

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct risk assessments and evaluations to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate identified risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to risk management.
Provide expert advice and guidance on risk-related matters to stakeholders.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with the company's goals.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
