Job Title: Field Recruiter Location: Pune, Maharashtra Company: Tiswa Technologies Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: Tiswa Technologies is seeking an experienced and proactive Field Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, engage, and hire talent directly from the field in bulk for various job roles. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Pune job market , excellent networking skills, and prior experience in field recruitment . Key Responsibilities: Field Sourcing & Recruitment: Travel across Pune to identify and attract potential candidates through direct sourcing, referrals, and local networking. Bulk Hiring: Execute high-volume recruitment drives to meet organizational hiring targets. Talent Mapping: Develop a strong pipeline of candidates by engaging with job seekers in colleges, training institutes, local communities, and industry hubs. Screening & Selection: Conduct on-the-spot interviews, assessments, and coordinate further selection processes. Employer Branding: Represent Tiswa Technologies positively in the field, promoting job opportunities and company culture. Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with HR and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure smooth onboarding. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on local job market trends, competitor hiring practices, and salary benchmarks. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of field recruitment activities and provide regular updates to the HR team. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: 2+ years of experience in field recruitment , bulk hiring, or staffing, preferably in the IT/tech industry. Local Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Pune’s talent landscape , including educational institutions and job hubs. Networking Skills: Ability to build relationships with candidates, local communities, and institutes. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel extensively within Pune for recruitment activities. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job portals, and MS Office. Why Join Us?
