Commercial Construction Estimator

Role Overview: You will be responsible for preparing accurate civil construction estimates, reviewing MEP designs, and creating sketches, layouts, and walkthroughs for project planning in our upcoming Industrial Cluster Project. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and rate analysis for industrial civil works. - Create conceptual sketches, layouts, and walkthrough designs. - Review and coordinate MEP designs with civil/structural plans. - Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure cost-effective execution. Qualifications Required: - B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Masters preferred). - Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial/large-scale construction projects. - Strong skills in estimation, costing, BOQ preparation, and MEP review. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/SketchUp, MS Project/Primavera.
