Role Overview

We’re looking for active, enthusiastic, and self-driven individuals to join us as Field Operations & Onboarding Interns in Guwahati.

This role is perfect for those who love traveling within the city, meeting new people, storytelling, and exploring real-world startup operations. You will visit homestays, support the onboarding process, and capture engaging photo/video content for the AaoStays platform.

This is a fully field-based internship, offering real hands-on exposure to hospitality, operations, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit homestay properties across Guwahati and nearby areas for offline onboarding.
• Interact with property owners to collect details, verify information, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Capture high-quality photos and short videos of properties for marketing and digital listings.
• Coordinate with the central AaoStays team for updates, content submissions, and data sharing.
• Maintain accurate visit reports, onboarding data, and follow-up records.
• Represent AaoStays professionally and uphold brand values during all field interactions.

Qualifications

• Must be based in Guwahati.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related fields (preferred).
• Strong communication skills; fluency in Assamese and Hindi preferred.
• Confident, self-motivated, and comfortable with regular field travel.
• Basic photography/videography skills using smartphones.
• Interest in hospitality, travel, operations, and people-focused roles.
