Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Officer, located in Sojat. The Field Officer will be responsible for engaging with clients to provide financial products, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and conducting field visits to evaluate and process loan applications. They will also collect and verify client data, offer financial education, and provide support throughout the loan lifecycle.

Qualifications

Experience in client engagement and customer service
Ability to conduct field visits and evaluate loan applications
Knowledge in compliance with financial policies and procedures
Strong data collection and verification skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to educate clients on financial products
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or relevant work experience
