Position Summary: We are looking for an IT Assistant to provide support to our IT department and help maintain the organization's technological infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day IT operations, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting network systems, and ensuring all devices are functioning optimally. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment. Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting the organization’s network, servers, and systems. This role plays a critical part in verifying financial transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory norms, conducting document validations, and assisting in early detection and prevention of fraudulent and risky financial activities across banking and NBFC functions. Key Responsibilities:1. Document Verification & Data Validation Review KYC documents submitted by customers for completeness and authenticity. Cross-check application data with internal records and third-party databases. Validate financial documents (e.g., salary slips, bank statements, ITRs) to support loan and credit underwriting. 2. Transaction Monitoring & Risk Flagging Support FCU by analyzing transaction patterns for red flags or suspicious activities. Monitor loan disbursals, repayments, and fund flows for anomalies. Tag and escalate high-risk or unusual cases to the relevant teams for further review. 3. Risk Profiling & Due Diligence Conduct background checks and risk profiling of new clients or vendors using internal systems and external verification partners. Assist RCU in pre-loan sanction verifications and post-loan disbursement field verifications (coordination with third-party agencies). 4. Reporting & MIS Maintain accurate logs of all verifications and checks. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports related to fraud detection, risk incidents, and verification outcomes. Support audit and compliance teams with necessary documentation and reports. 5. System Support & Record Management Ensure timely and accurate data entry into core banking/NBFC systems. Update verification status and flag discrepancies in real-time. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of customer and transaction records. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in banking/NBFC back office operations, preferably in FCU or RCU functions. Understanding of KYC norms, RBI/NBFC compliance, and fraud detection techniques.
