Job Description

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our team with administrative, operational, and clerical tasks. This role requires someone who is efficient, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure smooth business operations. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other business documents as requested. Assist in the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures and policies. Skills and Qualifications:Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Working Conditions: Office-based role with standard working hours. Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required during peak periods.
