Role Description Adlife Enterprises is on the lookout for passionate and driven individuals to join our growing team! We are hiring for the role of Sales Specialist focused on Shoulder Replacement Solutions and Emerging Orthopedic Technologies in the Delhi-NCR region . The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, meeting sales targets, providing customer service, and conducting demos to doctors. The Sales Specialist will also collaborate with other team members to develop and implement sales strategies. Role Requirements 1–4 years of experience in medical devices sales , preferably in orthopedics or surgical specialties. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi-NCR . Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a problem-solver. Candidates with prior exposure to joint replacement, trauma, or sports medicine technologies will have an added advantage.
