Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and maintain records, reports, and data in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Manage documentation for purchase orders, quotations, and invoices.
* Assist departments with data entry, record updates, and communication.

* Maintain office files and ensure accuracy in reporting.
