Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Officer, located in Sojat. The Field Officer will be responsible for daily field operations including disbursing and collecting loans, conducting client meetings, and maintaining accurate records. Additional tasks will involve evaluating the creditworthiness of clients, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing customer service. The Field Officer will also need to engage with the community, understand their financial needs, and communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Experience in microfinance or financial services
• Skills in loan disbursement, collection, and client evaluation
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
• Ability to engage with community members and understand their financial needs
• Familiarity with company policies and regulatory compliance
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Prior experience in working on-site in a similar role is preferred
• Graduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
