Job Description

You will be working as a Field Officer for Chaitanya India Fin Credit Pvt Ltd, a rapidly growing NBFC-MFI subsidiary of Svatantra Microfin Pvt. Ltd. Your primary role will involve conducting field visits, assessing loan applications, verifying applicant details, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for customer relationship management and promoting financial literacy among clients. To excel in this role, you should have field work experience in the financial services sector, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to assess and evaluate loan applications. Knowledge of microfinance principles and practices, proficiency in the local language and culture, and the ability to work both independently and in a team are essential. Any experience in a similar role and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field will be advantageous.
