Currently in its early expansion phase, Luft is introducing its Events Division. Role Description We’re looking for a Field Officer to help us manage and execute events on-site, in Bathinda. This person will be the face of Luft during events. You’ll work closely with vendors, venues, and the Luft team to make sure every detail is handled with care and precision. Who we are looking for Experience in event management, hospitality, or related fields. Excellent communication and people skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure. Professional appearance and a refined sense of conduct. Someone who takes pride in creating flawless experiences. Key responsibilities Supervise on-site setup and event operations. Coordinate with vendors, venue staff, and event teams. Maintain high visual and service standards that match Luft’s identity. Handle logistics and ensure timelines are followed.
