Note:

Valid Driving License is Required.

Key Responsibilities:

Area Supervision and Security:
Conduct regular, scheduled patrols and inspections across the designated operational area to monitor activity, assess conditions, and maintain a high-visibility presence to deter unauthorized access.
Asset Protection and Integrity:
Monitor and safeguard the companys physical assets (e.g., equipment, property, infrastructure, materials) from theft, damage, misuse, or vandalism.
Team Supervision and Training:
Oversee and coordinate the work of local staff, providing necessary training, guidance, and support to achieve field objectives.
Compliance and Safety Enforcement:
Ensure strict adherence to all company policies, safety protocols, and relevant local regulations within the field of operation. Identify and report non-compliance issues to management.
Problem-Solving and Risk Management:
Identify operational challenges or conflicts in the field and propose effective solutions, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and safety protocols.
