Job Description

A Field Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for driving sales and promoting products/services within a specific geographical area, often through direct customer interaction and relationship building. They conduct market research, identify customer needs, and build relationships through meetings and events. Their duties involve prospecting, negotiating deals, and executing marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and sales. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation:Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Market Research & Analysis:Conducting market research, analyzing competitor activity, and identifying potential sales opportunities.
  • Product Promotion:Presenting products or services to potential and existing customers, demonstrating their value, and handling objections.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:Developing and implementing sales strategies, utilizing various sales methods (e.g., door-to-door, cold calling, presentations), and adapting strategies based on market trends.
  • Reporting & Communication:Providing accurate sales forecasts, reports, and feedback to management regarding customer needs, market trends, and competitive activities.
  • Collaboration:Working with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer service) to ensure seamless customer experience and efficient sales processes.
  • Sales Process Management:Managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and maintaining customer records.
  • Event Participation:Attending industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company and its products.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Sales Skills: Proven experience in sales, including prospecting, closing deals, and building relationships.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer Focus: Ability to understand customer needs and build strong, lasting relationships.
  • Market Knowledge: Understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and solve customer problems and address sales challenges.
  • Time Management & Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and sales strategies.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of the company's products and services.
  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
