As we expand our reach, we are looking for a passionate and results-driven Field Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building meaningful client relationships, and is motivated by measurable impact. Position: Field Marketing Specialist Location: [Northern India] Type: Full-Time | Field-Based Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new marketing and business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand client requirements and recommend tailored LED display solutions. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and demos. Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Product) to ensure service excellence. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups in CRM systems. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 1+ years of experience in field marketing, sales, or business development. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team. Comfortable with travel and field-based client meetings.
