Position: Field Marketing Specialist

Location: [Northern India]

Type: Full-Time | Field-Based

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new marketing and business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend tailored LED display solutions.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and demos.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Product) to ensure service excellence.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 1+ years of experience in field marketing, sales, or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Comfortable with travel and field-based client meetings.
