· Contributes information, idea, and research to help develop marketing strategies.
· Sets marketing schedules and coordinates with colleagues, sponsors, media representatives, and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels.
· Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services such as special promotions, sponsored events etc.
· Maintain excellent relationship with clients through superior customer services.
· Answer questions from clients about product and service benefits.
· Creates and presents regular performance reports for managers and executives.
· Attends trade shows and travels to meet clients as needed.
· Bachelors / Master’s degree in marketing, business or related field.
· At least 1 to 2 years’ experience managing a customer service team
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Develop and maintain collaborative relationship with key clients.
· Understand marketing strategies.
· Regular Review work process for areas of improvement.
· Possesses managerial courage
· Takes initiative
· Works well with all kinds of people
· Remains calm under pressure.
