Role & responsibilities As our Field Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our market presence and gathering crucial insights directly from the field. You will engage with students, teachers, and educational institutions to gather feedback, identify market trends, and promote our products through direct interactions and digital platforms. Preferred candidate profile Paid Acquisition : Launch & optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and YouTube. Full-Funnel Testing : Design and analyze A/B tests across landing pages, creatives, and push notifications. Analytics & Dashboards : Use Google Analytics, Firebase or Amplitude to track CAC, LTV, activation, and churn; build simple dashboards. Optimization : Monitor key metrics (CAC, ROAS, retention); surface learnings and scale winning strategies. Ground-Level Outreach : May occasionally involve running on-site info sessions, gathering feedback, and translating insights into digital tactics.
