Field Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales leads through field visits, referrals, and cold calls
• Meet clients at project sites to understand their interior design needs
• Present company services, design capabilities, and past project portfolios
• Collaborate with design and project teams to prepare proposals and quotations
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of visits, interactions, and sales progress
• Attend industry events and exhibitions to promote services
• Provide feedback from the field to improve marketing and sales strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in interior design or real estate
• Strong understanding of design trends and client engagement
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
