We are expanding our vendor network across Hyderabad and are looking for a field professional who can represent Booncart in the market and onboard the right vendors.

Role Overview

We are hiring a proactive Field Marketing Executive who has hands-on experience in event management, vendor handling, market sourcing, and on-ground coordination.

This individual will visit markets, meet suppliers, identify new product categories, negotiate pricing, and onboard quality vendors for Booncart.

Candidates with event management backgrounds excel in this role because they understand:

• Material sourcing and pricing

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Sourcing & Onboarding

• Visit local markets to identify potential vendors for décor, gifting, pooja items, party supplies, and event materials.

• Meet suppliers, wholesalers, and manufacturers to explain Booncart’s vendor model.

• Collect vendor details, product lists, pricing sheets, GST documents, and bank information.

• Evaluate whether vendors meet Booncart’s quality, pricing, and category requirements.

• Ensure onboarding is completed smoothly with complete documentation.

Product Research & Sourcing

• Identify trending products used in events: decor items, props, return gifts, candles, themed kits, flower items, backdrop materials, etc.

• Collect product samples, photos, prices, and specifications.

• Compare pricing across markets to ensure competitive rates.

• Suggest new categories and unique products suitable for Booncart’s platform.

Field Marketing & Market Expansion

• Represent Booncart while meeting vendors, explaining company benefits and onboarding structure.

• Promote Booncart’s marketplace model to convince vendors to list their products.

• Build relationships that support long-term supply, quality, and consistency.

Operations & Coordination

• Work with internal teams for product listing, photo shoots, and category management.

• Provide accurate product data including pricing, SKU details, sizes, material, and images.

• Follow up with vendors for sample delivery, product confirmations, and timelines.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain detailed sourcing sheets, vendor lists, and daily field visit reports.

• Submit summary reports of new vendors onboarded, and products sourced.

• Track follow-ups, next steps, and negotiations using Excel/Google Sheets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✓ 2–3 years of experience in event management, vendor coordination, field operations, or sourcing.

✓ Good knowledge of Hyderabad markets and event-related suppliers.

✓ Strong negotiation & communication skills (must be confident interacting with vendors).

✓ Ability to work independently and responsibly in the field.

✓ Must have a bike & valid driving licence.

✓ Strong documentation and reporting skills (Excel / Sheets).

✓ Ability to identify quality products and evaluate pricing.
