As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be managing your own region, responsible for demand generation, using a broad range of online and offline programs to ensure the conversion to marketing qualified leads. You will be the driving force behind revenue-focused marketing strategies that bridge sales objectives with innovative campaigns.
In this role, you ll manage and execute all marketing activities in India. Activities could include customer and/or partner events; digital marketing (in partnership with the global demand management team) and a solid mix of various other demand generation activities. Your end goal is to implement the best possible strategy to increase conversions and pipeline. What Youll Do:

Develop and execute a regional marketing plan that directly supports sales goals, with measurable marketing KPIs for ACV (Annual Contract Value) won, pipeline generation, and customer reference creation.

Lead the delivery of integrated field marketing campaigns from targeted digital engagements to immersive events (e.g., roadshows, workshops, executive roundtables). Innovate constantly to promote two-way engagement with key accounts and personas.

Strategically allocate and manage regional budgets to maximize ROI, ensuring alignment with priority markets and sales initiatives.

Partner with global marketing, campaigns, PR, partner teams, and sales leadership to localize global strategies, amplify messaging, and maintain brand consistency.

Actively contribute to the APJ marketing team s success by sharing best practices, driving operational efficiency, and piloting new tactics to stay ahead of market trends.

Track, analyze, and report campaign performance in real time, using insights to refine tactics and demonstrate impact on pipeline growth and revenue targets.

Travel required (up to 10%) to build relationships with sales teams, engage customers, and ensure programs resonate locally.
What Youll Bring:

At least 5+ years in field/demand generation marketing, with a focus on the IT/technology sector.

Proven success in driving pipeline through channel and alliance partnerships, ABM, and hybrid (online/offline) campaigns.

Hands-on experience with sales & marketing automation systems like Marketo, Salesforce (SFDC), webinar platforms (e.g., GoToWebinar), and intent-data tools.

Mastery of digital demand tactics (SEO, SEM, retargeting, email nurture) and offline activations (events, C-Level engagements).

Strong knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) frameworks and intent-based intelligence marketing.

Proven ability to build strong relationships with sales management and stakeholders including strong project management skills
