Role Overview
We are seeking a highly responsible and motivated Field In Charge to manage, monitor,
and streamline our push cart operations in Vijayawada. The Field In-Charge will be
responsible for ensuring high service quality, operational discipline, and business growth
under the Rythu Bazaar initiative.
Key Responsibilities
· Customer Onboarding & Market Development
o Identify population hotspots, residential clusters, and retail demand areas for push cart operations.
o Onboard customers and build awareness of the scheme to increase reach and sales.
o Monitor daily sales and customer satisfaction to drive growth.
· Farmer & Vendor Management
o Train farmers on using the mobile app, following SOPs, and ensuring compliance with processes.
o Build strong relationships with farmers, vendors, and local market suppliers for procurement.
· Warehouse & Operations Management
o Oversee daily loading of fresh produce and grocery items into electric push carts.
o Ensure timely dispatch of vehicles to designated routes.
o Manage charging and maintenance schedules of electric vehicles.
o Monitor inventory, wastage, and stock reconciliation.
· Procurement & Supply Chain
o Procure fresh produce and groceries from markets/vendors as per demand.
o Ensure quality, competitive pricing, and timely availability of stock.
· Revenue & Compliance
o Ensure timely collection of revenue from customers.
o Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, and operational expenses.
o Report daily/weekly performance metrics to management.
· Team & Process Adherence
o Train and supervise field staff, push cart operators, and warehouse helpers.
o Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and operational standards.
Qualifications & Skills
· 2–5 years of FMCG/Agri supply chain experience covering:
o Field sales and market development,
o Warehouse and logistics operation ,
o Vendor management
o Revenue collection and reporting
· Ability to manage and motivate a team
· Ability to work with farmers, customers, and government authorities.
· Comfortable with mobile apps and basic technology usage.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Telugu
