Key Responsibilities :
1. End to End recruitment for Restaurants across the assigned Area.
2. Ensuing Manpower availability at restaurants as per business requirement.
3. End to End employee life cycle management.
4. Internal Talent Management and development to build and inculcate the culture of nurture and growth .
5. Maintaining employee related and payroll related MIS (data) & share the same with concerned team .
6. Resolving employee grievances within assigned TAT.
7. Store visits to control attrition & conduct employee engagement activities .
8. Ensuring 100% HR compliance across all stores as per company SOPs.
9. Exit Management.
