Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:

1- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.

2- Maintain employee records and HR databases.

3- Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.

4- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.

5- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

6- Coordinate training, workshops, and team development activities.

7- Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.

Office Administration:

1- Oversee general office operations and ensure a productive work environment.

2- Manage procurement of office supplies, stationery, and equipment.

3- Coordinate facility maintenance and vendor management.

4- Handle correspondence, document filing, and record keeping.

5- Support management in scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and event coordination.

Qualifications & Skills

* Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

* 25 years of experience in HR and office administration (experience in construction or consultancy industry preferred).

* Good understanding of HR practices and labor regulations.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

* Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

* Positive attitude and a professional approach.
