Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager - HR Success Factor

Location: Jharkhand

Qualification: MBA Experience: 7 + Years (Strong knowledge of HR processes in manufacturing or large industrial setups)

JobPurpose

The incumbent will be responsible for functional implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors across the organization. The role involves understanding business processes, configuring functional modules, and driving digital transformation initiatives within the HR domain for a large, process-driven steel manufacturing enterprise.

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the functional implementation and rollout of SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruitment, Performance & Goals, Learning, and Compensation.

Collaborate closely with business and HR teams to understand requirements, define process flows, and design scalable functional solutions.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical development and configuration.

Drive process standardization and optimization across HR functions using SuccessFactors best practices.

Partner with IT and technical consultants to ensure proper system configuration and integration with SAP HCM or other legacy systems.

Conduct user acceptance testing, manage change requests, and oversee end-user training.

Monitor system performance, handle postimplementation support, and ensure continuous improvement initiatives.

Prepare functional documentation, business process maps, and project progress reports.

Stay updated on new SAP SuccessFactors functionalities and recommend adoption strategies.
