Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant experience
* Computer proficiency, especially MS Office Suite
* Record keeping and inventory management skills
* Strong communication and team coordination abilities
* Experience with complaint management systems like Zimmedaar Naagrik
* Punctual, data-driven, and audit-focused approach
* Manage and control the Zimmedaar Naagrik complaint system, ensuring timely assignment, follow-up, and closure of issues
* Maintain departmental inventory by issuing materials based on requisitions and tracking usage accurately
* Generate and analyze monthly MIS reports for complaints and inventory
* Coordinate closely with admin and maintenance teams for tracking flat handovers and ongoing maintenance
* Supervise and train staff on 24x7 customer helpdesk operations
* Conduct feedback verifications, root cause analysis for poor service responses, and drive continuous improvement
* Perform regular audits of stores and ensure high standards of housekeeping and office management
* Manage departmental assets like vehicles and staff, ensuring operational efficiency through training and supervision
