Field Auditor

As a Field Auditor, your role will involve performing mystery and quality audits at various retail outlets and service centers within the assigned territory. You will be responsible for conducting audits at consumer durable service centers and retail outlets across multiple states. Your tasks will include evaluating both technical and non-technical parameters as per predefined checklists, capturing the Voice of Customer (VOC) through visits and telephonic interactions, and preparing detailed reports and analyses to identify improvement areas and opportunities. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in conducting audits or quality assessments would be an advantage. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and preparing reports. - Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
