• Conduct voter outreach through field visits, surveys, and interviews
• Coordinate with booth/mandal/GP workers to monitor and support campaign activities
• Assist in organising events, mobilisation drives, and political meetings
• Provide daily updates on local sentiment and campaign feedback
• Maintain accurate field reports, photos, and documentation

• Graduate or pursuing graduation (any stream)

• Fluency in Marathi (spoken and written) is mandatory

  ; basic Hindi knowledge is a plus
• Strong understanding of local political dynamics and community engagement
• Willingness to travel extensively across villages and polling booths
• Prior experience in political campaigns or social work is an advantage
