Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Associate located in Varanasi. As a Field Associate, you will work directly with rural and semi-urban communities, engaging with women clients who are part of the Joint Liability Groups. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential clients, assisting them with loan applications, facilitating group formation and training, ensuring timely loan repayments, and providing customer support. The role also involves reporting daily activities, gathering field data, and working closely with management to deliver financial solutions effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and build relationships within the community
• Basic understanding of financial products and services, and the ability to effectively explain them to potential clients
• Proficiency in data collection, reporting, and documentation
• Problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Willingness to travel within the assigned geography and comfort with on-site client interactions
• Prior experience in microfinance, rural development, or financial services is a plus
• Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is an advantage
