Field Activation Lead, Google Cloud

As a GTM Field Activation Lead for Google Cloud, you will bring your experience and thought leadership to help drive direction, mission, and strategy around GTM’s activation strategy. The goals of the Field Activation function are to enable all roles for the sales play as they engage with customers and partners, and establish active communities, listening strategies, and feedback loops to fuel continuous iterations. You will partner with the field to implement changes that improve frontline productivity and drive customer success. You will be accountable for sourcing customer insights and channeling them back to the field to drive promoter productivity, and quantifying field adoption through success metrics such as active opportunities, opportunity conversion rates, win rates, etc.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Sales Enablement team to develop and execute skilling programs to enable promoters to deliver on sales plays.
  
• Solicit feedback from the field and from customers to continuously improve and iterate on activation strategies in order to drive solutions and improve sales performance.
• Establish a mechanism for tracking promoter engagement and agreement status as a result of sales activation programs.
• Work across partners in Learning and Enablement, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Strategy and Operations to help drive towards achieving business goals.
