Role Overview

The FFE Business Development Manager will be responsible for establishing and growing SKS’s presence in the Indian market. This role combines business development, client relationship management, and project sales. The successful candidate will generate qualified leads, build long-term partnerships with hotel owners, developers, and procurement companies, and ensure SKS is positioned as a trusted partner for direct-from-factory FFE solutions.

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute a structured sales strategy for the Indian market.
  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities with hotel groups, developers, architects, designers, and procurement firms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers including owners, GMs, procurement heads, and project managers.
  • Present SKS’s FFE capabilities, sustainability credentials, and value proposition in client meetings and industry events.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Collaborate with the Kuala Lumpur factory and global support teams to ensure client requirements are met with precision, quality, and on-time delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and regular reporting to senior management.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and upcoming development projects across India.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Hospitality, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • 5+ years’ proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the FFE, hospitality supply, or interiors sector.
  • Strong network and relationships with hotel owners, developers, and procurement professionals in India.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, drive growth, and manage multiple client opportunities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with sustainability frameworks (ISO 14001, LEED, Estidama, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel within India for client meetings and site visits.
